Keys to Creativity provides a variety of

PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITIES:

December:

The annual Holiday Concert at a local Nursing Home or Retirement Center is a wonderful way for students to learn the value of sharing their music.  We provide special music, sing-alongs and home-made refreshments  for the residents!

March-April:

The Honors Recital is designed for students wishing to challenge their performance skills and take them to a higher level.  This is a formal concert in a concert hall or auditorium.  Students must audition to qualify to participate.

June:

Our Popular Music Party is a family favorite.  We hire a professional drummer and bassist to accompany students in an all-day Open-House-style party.  This is a fun, casual concert where students learn to play with professionals.  They also experience a performance that has noise, distractions and many things happening while they are performing.

MUSICAL COFFEE HOUSE

Our newest addition is our musical coffee house.  Much like the Popular Music Party, we provide occasional opportunities for students to play, jam and practice - while inviting their friends to listen.  Again, very casual - sometimes we even bring out the Karaoke machine!
