How do I get started on lessons?
You have four options to get started at Keys to Creativity.
Sign up for a no obligation 30 minute trial lesson. There is a $30 fee associated with this, however it helps to insure a good fit with a teacher and gives you a chance to try us out risk free. This is the option we recommend to all of our new students.
Come to the studio to take a tour. You can see our state-of-the-art Computer Lab and teaching studios. (Please call ahead of time to insure someone will be able to provide you with a tour)
Call and setup a lesson observation. A parent may come observe a current Keys to Creativity student during their normally scheduled lesson.
Sign up for a contract immediately and start with regular lessons.

How does the booking process work?
When you call our Front Desk Administrative Assistant to schedule your lessons, you will be asked to choose your desired lesson type, time, and duration. After your trial lesson, you will need to be setup on an automatic payment system (ACH, Credit/Debit Card or Post-Dated Checks). Withdrawals will be taken on the 1st of each month for the specified amount in your contract unless other arrangements have been made.
What lesson length should I choose?
We recommend that children under the age of 10 take a 30 minute lesson as their attention span is typically shorter that older children or adults. For everyone else, we recommend 45 or 60 minute lessons depending on how much guidance the student will need. Lesson length can always be adjusted per the student's request at a later time.
What is your rescheduling policy?
As stated in our Studio Policy, "No make-up lessons will be given for lessons missed by the student for any reason. No refunds are given for missed lessons. Three group lessons will be offered throughout the year to students who would like to make up lessons."
With that said, should an emergency arise, we will work our best to help you out.
What are your monthly fees?
